Lead Digital Creative

It’s been an incredible year for WH Creative. We’ve established a fantastic internal agency from a team of skilled creatives within our Leeds office. We’ve also built a portfolio of varied, exciting and engaging work, for some of largest events in the sporting calendar, as well as major online gaming campaigns.

Your role in the team

As Lead Digital Creative/Project Manager you’ll play a central part in helping us deliver the kind of hard-working and innovative creative work that keeps our stakeholders happy and – most importantly – engages with its audience.

Working in our busy creative studio, you’ll be confident overseeing, and working on, digital projects from conception to completion. You will be innovative with a wealth of experience in multi-platform (web/mobile/digital marketing) publishing environments.

Reporting to our Head of Design and Studio Manager, you’ll react positively to feedback and consistently provide the appropriate problem solving and solutions for the task at hand.

Projects you will oversee and work on will be anything from visual layouts for sports-themed landing pages, through to identity creation for gaming promotions and dynamic websites. Developing strong digital concepts from varied briefs is at the heart of what our Creative team does.

Skills required

We’d like you to have a broad understanding of design, technology, latest trends and innovation within the digital marketing sector. We’re looking for a ‘Jack of All Trades’ from a creative background who has both excellent management experience, and hands on production skills in terms of creative and development.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Digital Designers and Creative Front-End Developers, overseeing project schedules and work flow, whilst ensuring all production output is on time, on brand and to the highest standards. We’d like you to demonstrate some previous experience of managing a team within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency and of course your strong management and communication skills will needed at all times.

It’d be great if you had experience of the full UX/UI Design process from user research to wireframing and beyond. It’s also going to be really useful to have a handle on marketing technologies such as Google display ads and Double Click Studio/ DCM.
