Your role in the team


As part of our Talent & Capability team, you'll work closely with our People team to align business values, goals and regulatory requirements within our learning approach. Partnering directly with the business and its leaders, you'll drive the delivery of our overall talent and capability strategy - Learning for All.


You'll play a key part in delivering bespoke initiatives to support business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring a consistent approach to developing solution proposals. We're all about engagement, and together with our internal communications team you'll create communication plans and content that will captivate and inspire our people to develop.


Working closely with subject matter experts across the division, you'll help design learning content so that it provides effective learning experiences suitable for the audience, whilst ensuring it is aligned to our key design principles. But it's not just about how it looks and feels. You'll measure the effectiveness of the interventions we deliver, collaborating with our People Analytics team to review how we can continuously improve our offering and ensure we are delivering return on investment.


More directly, you'll get involved in the implementation of our Learning for All strategy, whether that be hosting internal workshops, providing one-to-one coaching, or managing our apprenticeship program in England. You'll be expected to build strong relationships and networks with the business, generating best practice and considering advancements in the industry, whilst always maintaining our culture.


Skills needed


Ideally you'll come from a background in Learning & Development, with awareness of trends and best practice in the wider environment. You'll have a learning mindset with a passion for growth and a keen eye for detail.


You'll be confident in dealing with stakeholders at different levels, comfortable to influence with a high level of judgement. You'll be a natural and energetic communicator, with the confidence to engage and collaborate when driving ideas forward.


We're looking for experience working across teams and it would be great if you're used to executing projects that prioritise personal development. You'll recognise that a learning culture isn't something you can just switch on.


Based from either our Leeds or London office, you’ll be expected to travel across site. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to our Gibraltar and Krakow offices from time to time, so it's important you can be flexible and willing to visit our different locations.
