Introduction

Evoke have an exciting new opportunity for a Live Casino Commercial Manager to join their team. 
If you are passionate about driving engagement and improvement and have gaming experience then this role may be for you. 
Lining into the Head of Gaming Commercial you'll work closely with other areas of the business to drive growth and implement commercial strategy. You'll take charge of the Mystery Wheel, our Tier 1 proposition, as well as understanding player behaviours in order to optimise their experience. 


What you will be doing

  • Maintaining the strategic plan and direction for UK and Ireland Live casino
  • You'll build relationships with stakeholders as well as suppliers, negotiating market contributions
  • Setting all retained players commercial strategies and tactical propositions to drive growth whilst working closely with key stakeholders which include the acquisition, CRM and personalisation, product, operations, and marketing teams
  • Responsible for the financial performance of Live Casino with responsibility for revenue NGR, FVA and acquisition/retention budgets across the product value tiers
  • Defining and owning the Live Casino product development roadmap with a view to improving the customer experience within mobile apps roadmaps, improving UX/UI and focusing on building MVP features and functionality to improve return on investment
  • Reporting to the Head of Gaming Commercial on overriding performance and drivers of under and overperformance vs forecast
  • Planning, execution, and constant tracking of commercial activities for Live Casino and promotions ensuring performance reporting, trading meetings and period reviews are completed
