We are looking to add a part qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Management accountant to our growing Finance function.  As part of this role we offer the opportunity to complete your studies with the full support of William Hill. We will provide you with ‘all round’ work experience, working alongside some high performing finance professionals and mentors. Your role in the team

You’ll be an integral part of the finance team and you will make sure that the month end processes, cost analysis and forecasting run effortlessly.  You’ll have a solid understanding of the accounts payable processes where you’ll help close accounts against our tight reporting deadlines.  You’ll interrogate balances and accounts to make sure the accuracy of reporting is at its best and adopt our ‘it’ll do will never do’ approach. You’ll work daily with and in the support of the senior management accountant and financial controller in relation to business unit variance analysis, reporting and forecasting. You’ll interact with teams across many locations, building relationships with key stakeholders and adding value both internally and externally through effective communication.

Skills needed

You’ll need to be a part qualified accountant that has the drive and passion for the role and also the William Hill offering. You’ll have experience in multi-national finance teams and possess solid verbal and written communications skills. Experience in using ERP and P2P systems would be a nice added extra and demonstrable experience in using Microsoft Excel on a day to day basis.  Industry experience is a bonus but we do appreciate the level of talent outside the sector and are open to the new ideas someone can bring to the William Hill.
