William Hill’s Creative Studio is looking for a Marketing Account Executive to help deliver fresh and eye-catching work that helps promote one of the biggest names in the betting & gaming industry.

The Job

 

Our Marketing Account Executives play a key role in the Creative Studio. You will support the Marketing Account Manager and wider marketing team in the day to day running of each project and take responsibility for ensuring all necessary administrative procedures are adhered to. This includes attending meetings and taking an active role, taking minutes and ensuring contact reports are written and distributed as required.

 

 

Other Responsibilities

 

  • To ensure that status/ work in progress reports are updated and distributed every week.
  • To gather any information required to enable creative brief to be written.
  • To supply written briefs to obtain competitive quotes from suppliers as appropriate.
  • To keep job files up to date and complete at all times.
  • To keep job finance system up to date at all times and ensure that finance processes are followed.
  • To ensure that email/ electronic folders are kept up-to-date.
  • To maintain accurate competitor sample files.
  • To provide thorough proof reading when required.
  • To provide support to anyone within the Client Services team.
