Marketing Planning Manager
Marketing Planning & Strategy / Occasional travel to London / Gibraltar
• Supporting the Head of Marketing Planning in the successful delivery of the annual marketing plan and campaigns
• Owning strategic planning for Sportsbook & Gaming campaigns
• Building out and delivering process improvements to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to drive the business strategy and goals within the marketing plan and budget
• Leading the development of marketing campaigns, based on customer, market and competitive insight - with a clear definition of success and measurement
framework, closely aligned with business objectives
• Amplifying the voice of the customer in proposition discussions and ensuring all campaigns clearly communicate the consumer benefit they offer
• Delivering data-driven business briefs that fuel creative briefs, working closely with Global brand, UK commercial teams and marketing channel owners to agree
targets, segments and tactics
• Accountable for the brand liaison and effective execution of plans, including creative approval
• Working with third party media agencies to build and deliver best in class media plans
• Creating a measurement framework to report on campaign performance, working with econometrics experts and business intelligence teams
• Continually striving to renew, refresh and optimise our customer propositions and consequent marketing strategies, in close concert with the wider Marketing team
• Keeping close to the overall commercial performance of the Sportsbook & Gaming verticals and marketing performance, responding to the changing needs and focus
• Creating customer rationale for new product developments
• Continuous improvement of the connectivity between business strategy, product strategy and marketing planning
