Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, passionate environment and to be part of a growing Sportsbook Commercial Team. The expectation is to deliver on the commercial goals and overall business strategy, through best-in-class execution in Online and optimizing customer journeys through our Marketing channels. You would work closely with various stakeholders, third party providers and make use of the data tools provided in order to help William Hill achieve their ambition of being the number one choice for customers in the UK betting market.

Your role in the team

In this role, you will be Reporting into the head of Sportsbook Execution and take Ownership of the Props to Ops process inn terms of customer journeys ensuring the correct prioritization of FVA delivery through our various tools. Furthermore, you will engage with channel owners to align commercial priorities and topical focus for key stakeholders. You will have the Ownership of the NPS score across all product metrics such as experience and navigation. You will be working closely with P&L Owners to ensure that key propositions are well represented throughout the customer journey. Additionally, you will define and translate Sportsbook strategy into a clear set of priorities for the Product teams and help define the experimentation roadmap for the commercial team. You will maintain and be responsible for the commercial relationships with 3rd party providers including streaming & data optimization for providers of Free to Play & FVA delivery products. 

You will produce frequent reporting on channel performance & product testing, ensuring they are in line with our Strategic OKR's and provide commercial sign-off support on CRM campaigns and creative guides when required. You will also manage the relationship with Compliance for promotional KQC's and be a representative in Big Room planning sessions and OKR delivery workshops ensuring that Sportsbook priorities are delivered against. 
Furthermore, you will be providing data, customer insight and research the market trends to ensure that the propositions are able to compete and take market share and on top of that you will help with the development of customer journeys with the Marketing channels to make sure that there is consistent messaging and navigation from PPC, SEO, Programmatic and CRM. 

The key stakeholders you will be working with on a daily basis include: The Sportsbook Commercial Team, The Marketing, Acquisition and CRM teams, the Product and Delivery teams and the Operational teams  


Skills & Experience:


We are looking for someone with a broad experience in Online Marketing and ideally previous exposure to the online betting sector.
You possess a high level of energy and are able to handle fast pace and high placed demands. You have a deep knowledge and understanding of online betting and the existing marketplace, mainly about our competitors. 
You are a process driven individual, and have the ability to create, implement and follow processes to deliver a flawless customer experience. 
Additionally, you have superb communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills. You are highly numerical and analytical, and have the ability to take a data driven approach to all key business decisions. 
You have an understanding of online customer experience and possess excellent presentation skills and on top of that we are looking for someone who is comfortable with adapting to change and new systems.
You have a proven track record of managing people and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across multiple locations. 
You are ambitious, competitive and have a non-stop drive to be better then our competitors
