The Payments Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all payments are processed promptly, accurately, and in compliance with industry and security standards. Additionally, they assist Customer Support and other internal teams with payment-related inquiries and issues.
What you will be doing:
- Validate and process payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner Identify and report technical issues encountered during transaction processing
- Analyze customer account profiles and transaction histories for discrepancies or unusual activity
- Act in accordance with procedures when identifying suspicious activity or inconsistencies
- Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and professionally
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Prior experience in Fraud and Payments is an advantage
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and resolve issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify and resolve payment-related problems
- Accuracy in verifying and reconciling payment data
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
