As our People Analytics Analyst, you’ll make sure that HR, Senior Leaders and Managers have access to the information and insights they need. This roles forms part of a new People Analytics and HR systems team.

Your Role within the team

You’ll run weekly and monthly core reports that track the HR team KPI’s,  produce global  headcount reports  and business specific data sets. You’ll ensure the outputs required are delivered to the stakeholders on time and in full. You’ll use your statistical and quantitative skills to cleanse the data sets to achieve maximum data accuracy. As part of this role you’ll investigate root causes in data discrepancies, suggest solutions and highlight these to the Senior Analyst within the team. Your stakeholder audience will be large and varied, with requirements that could change at short notice. It’s an integral part of the role to build and maintain close working relations with our HR teams to review and audit their data and provide feedback for continuous improvement purposes. Where complete data sets do not exist your will review and suggest ways to improve the process- championing our data protection principles at all times. You’ll facilitate core HR projects in providing employee data to enable yearly engagement surveys and Bi-yearly performance reviews. Your analysis will assist in areas including performance management and succession planning on a global scale and this involves working with the HR centres of excellence that includes Reward, Talent and Capability and ER. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on people reporting by training and coaching the wider HR team on how to access and interpret employee data.

Skills Needed

We’d like you to bring us analytical skills, it would be advantageous but not essential to have experience of a SAP SuccessFactors or similar. You’ll need to us strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, and will also need to have experience using Power BI and Visual Basic. We’re a highly commercial company and we work at pace, so you can guarantee that change is constant. You’ll ideally have experience in a similar data analytics role from a fast-paced corporate company, ideally with a digital / online presence. You’ll need to be flexible and adaptable, and happy to learn about the intricacies of our business and people. When it comes to data, you’re curious and prefer not to take things at face value.
