Our Global Product Design team is a dynamic, multi-location group of passionate experts spanning London, Tel Aviv, Ireland, Malta, Leeds and beyond. This position will be based in Dublin and to apply for this role you have a portfolio of design process. This will show ideation, research, development and evolution of ideas. You'll have the ability to link the outcome to the initial brief and tell a compelling story when confidently presenting.
This role will suit you if you have recently graduated or just beginning your career in 'design'.
What you will be doing:
- Contributing to the design process by creating high-quality, user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance user experiences
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, and developers to deliver engaging and consistent designs across retail interfaces
- Conducting usability testing and user research, gathering actionable feedback to inform and improve designs
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs to effectively communicate user flows and interaction patterns
- Participating in stakeholder presentations to share design concepts, gather input, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Supporting the evolution and growth of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
Who we are looking for:

- A portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that demonstrate problem-solving and attention to detail. Sorry we cannot progress your application without this
- Proven communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with proficiency in design tools such as Figma is key. Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion/interaction skills is a bonus.
- A solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces with an understanding of design systems and the value they can bring to the design process.
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn and grow within a design team working on high-impact initiatives.
