Introduction

At evoke, we’re on a mission to drive smarter, safer, and more efficient operations across everything we do. We’re looking for a dynamic and accountable Product Manager to step into a critical role as the single, strategic owner of our relationship with Exalogic, our italian partner.

Serving as the central point of contact and unified interface between Exalogic and key internal teams, including compliance, commercial, and security, you’ll ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum across all touchpoints.

This role spans requirement management, prioritization, delivery oversight, and continuous improvement - balancing commercial priorities with compliance and technical feasibility to deliver meaningful, long-term value to evoke.

Fluency in Italian is essential, as you will be directly liaising with Italian-speaking teams and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

  • Own and manage the Exalogic relationship end-to-end, managing milestones and timelines.
  • Monitor and escalate compliance risks, co-ordinating security audits and reviews.
  • Prioritise based on commercial value, compliance urgency, and technical feasibility, leading monthly prioritisation sessions.
  • Ensure complete requirement documentation, QA, and acceptance testing.
  • Implement formal validation and sign-off procedures.
  • Conduct retrospectives with Exalogic and internal teams and build lessons-learned into processes to prevent repeat issues.
  • Maintain a shared dashboard/document tracking all areas: commercial, compliance, technical.
  • Align expectations with Exalogic’s capacity and capabilities.

  • Have experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to present clear, structured updates to both business and technical audiences.
  • Have validated experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and cross-functional prioritization, with the ability to translate highly detailed business needs into actionable and transparent plans.
  • Be knowledgeable around compliance frameworks, governance processes, and risk mitigation practices, along with the capability to coordinate security reviews and audits effectively.
