We are evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands, including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green and we're looking for a Technical Product Owner based in Krakow.
In this role you will be leading the engagement with our internal customers to understand their business priorities, platform imperatives and translate their requirements to drive the roadmap and backlogs for the Platform Engineering teams aligned to Sports & Core and back into the central Platform Engineering teams.
You'll proactively communicate progress, decisions and achievements against KPIs and risks, you will be an advocate for our products with an OKR to drive adoption as a measure of success in the role. You'll review, approve or reject outputs from sprint deliveries against the acceptance criteria and work with our Engineering teams to address questions and concerns raised.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the development and delivery of platform services aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborating with platform engineering teams and architects to design, automate, and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring team collaboration and effective project progress, while maintaining alignment with business priorities
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed, actionable user stories for engineering teams
- Developing and maintain a clear product roadmap in partnership with engineering teams, ensuring the timely delivery of features and solutions
- Driving the automation and productisation of platform services to support business scalability and operational efficiency
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
- Continuously innovating by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cutting-edge solutions to help drive the organisation forward
Who we are looking for:

- Experience as a Technical Product Owner with an understanding of AWS infrastructure services, Kubernetes, and the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC). The teams’ current tech stack includes AWS (MSK, EKS, RDS, Elasticache, ECR), Istio, Terraform, Docker, Helmfile, GitLab, and Python—and we expect this list to grow as we continue to evolve
- Proven experience collaborating with technical teams (Engineers, Architects...) to deliver technical solutions, ideally Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Effective skills in Agile methodologies, capable of leading ceremonies and maintaining product and technology roadmaps
- Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in both English and Polish, and the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for stakeholders
