Job description

As a Programmatic Manager at William Hill, you’ll be part in charge of planning, implementing, coordinating and tracking our enterprise level programmatic media activity, working together closely with our Head of Digital Media and managing our Digital Agency team to drive William Hill online revenue growth.

Besides being in charge of implementing best-in-class programmatic campaigns we want you to be performance driven, always monitoring our ROI and figuring out ways we can increase the acquisition of profitable players. You’ll be working closely with the wider Digital Marketing Team and CRM to refine and optimize our audiences, leveraged across Programmatic advertising.

You’ll need to know your stuff, so we’d like to see at least 3 years’ experience in Programmatic marketing, and an ability to translate programmatic to a non-tech audience is going to be important. If you have knowledge of Adobe ad stack such as Audience manager and hands on working with Appnexus you’ll be able to get up to speed even quicker.

You’ll need to be data orientated, a confident communicator and good influencer to do well in this role and, whilst we’d like you to have some industry experience, we know we can’t have it all, a shared passion for what we do would put you in a good place.
