We’re currently looking to hire a Programmatic Specialist to manage our programmatic media activity across our Digital Media team.

Your role in the team

You’ll plan, coordinate, track and optimise best-in-class programmatic campaigns while working closely with senior internal stakeholders, as well as managing an external agency to help us achieve our goals. You’ll monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and constantly look to for new opportunities for innovation with programmatic marketing.

You’ll drive the online revenue growth through the acquisition of profitable players from programmatic marketing strategies we well as utilising the data from DSPs and Adservers to build insights and make recommendations.

Skills Needed

You’ll need to know your stuff, so we’d like to see at a strong background Programmatic marketing, and an ability to translate programmatic to a non-tech audience is going to be important. If you have knowledge of Adobe ad stack such as Audience manager and hands on working with Appnexus as a DSP, you’ll be able to get up to speed even quicker, but this is not a deal breaker with hands on experience in programmatic planning and DSPs the only necessities.

You’ll need to be data orientated, a confident communicator and good influencer to do well in this role and, whilst we’d like you to have some gambling industry experience, we know we can’t have it all, a shared passion for what we do would put you in a good place.
