If you're a team player who's passionate in customer experience and the data behind it, then you are what we need. To perform all reporting tasks included in the reporting cycle. To provide analytics to guide Operations in managing their KPIs. To improve data tracking through initiatives, i.e. database creation, reporting website creation, etc.
What you will be doing:
- Owns reporting cycle – data mining, report creation, report validation, report maintenance and change management process
- Creates relevant presentation decks for stakeholders
- Provides reporting analytics and identifies Areas for Improvement
- Partner with other WFM roles in recommending resolutions to identified Areas for Improvement to stakeholders
- Process Improvement (where it applies, i.e. forecasting, AHT budgeting, shrinkage management, etc.)
- Database Management
- Continuous improvement on reporting content and design
What we are looking for
- Education
- Bachelor’s / College Degree - preferable
- Foreign languages
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the department’s processes and guidelines – professional knowledge
- Grasp of the services being offered by evoke, processes involved as well as proficiency in tools navigation
- Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external
- Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minor direction and assess issues objectively
- Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Proven ability to accept criticism in a professional manner
- PC literate; Advanced levels in Excel and Word
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Analytical
- Proactive
- Flexible to work different shifts
- Wide range of sports and betting knowledge.
- Can demonstrate a proven track record of analysing customer behaviour
- 1+ years trading or risk experience
