Job description

We are evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies. The Group owns and operates internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green and we're looking for an experienced Research Manager to help run our Brand Research Programme, which currently includes a monthly multi-market Brand & Comms (B&C) Tracker, a quarterly Usage & Attitude (U&A) study, and market sizing research.

 

You'll focus on the seamless execution and reporting of existing projects. Responsibilities include overseeing periodic study launches, refining research instruments, tools, and processes, creating insightful reports tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, brands, and markets, and driving the development and enhancement of our brand dashboard. You will also partner with our marketing agencies to triangulate brand data with their own sources.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • All aspects of multi-market brand tracking research, from survey design & development and managing survey launches and fieldwork, to data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Providing data-driven recommendations that inform business strategies and development
  • Performing key driver analysis, leveraging our existing Brand & Comms Tracker to understand brand funnel drivers in each market
  • Positioning research and the ability to identify brand opportunities within a portfolio business and develop recommendations
  • Updating, using, and driving the development of pre-populated Power BI dashboards to analyse customer data and extract compelling narratives. Developing and automating compelling periodic reporting
  • Providing Data-led Storytelling to the business.

 

 Who we are looking for:

  • Research, analytical, and data storytelling skills as you'll manage research planning, project management, analysis, and reporting
  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proficient in Q Software with the ability to think strategically and connect data insights to business objectives
  • Proven stakeholder management, excellent supplier management, outstanding programme management skills, and a collaborative approach
  • Experience connecting disparate data points to create compelling data-led narratives and provide strategic recommendations.
