Your Role Within the Team

 

As the Security Resilience Operator you’ll provide a professional, effective and efficient services to Security and Retail teams and Operations Managers across a wide range of security related services with agreed SLA’s. You’ll ensure the response to serious incidents such as violence in the workplace, robberies, burglaries and criminal damage is calm, professional and empathetic, that relevant documentation completed, with appropriate liaison with employees and line management. Ensure compliance with permission to pay guidelines and procedures.

 

Skills Needed

 

You’ll come from fast paced working environment ideally with a background in customer service, cashier or retail and experience following procedures. Gaming / betting experience is ideal but not essential as training will be provided. You’ll have an inquisitive mind-set that can investigate potential fraud. Attention to detail is key for this role as is problem solving. You will have GCSE's in Maths and English, a good knowledge of Windows based packages and are able to communicate on all levels. You’ll be flexible to working hours as you will be required to work a 4 day week including a Saturday or a Sunday and 1 evening. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business.
