 Your role in the team


As a Risk Analyst, you’ll be part of the team highly driven to identify and investigate incidents of suspected and actual fraudulent activities affecting William Hill through verifying a customer’s account integrity and executing full impact investigation. This role demands a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

Overview  Of  Main Duties And Responsibilities


  • Fraud detection and Risk Analysis
  • Meet the department’s expected levels of productivity
  • Reinforce regulatory compliance policies  to protect our customers and the business itself.
  • Proactively provide feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute information or data for team or department reports


Requirements


  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good understanding of Risk and Fraud principles
  • Positive behavior in line with William Hill expectations
  • Knowledge in MS Office tools
  • Multitasker
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule and work onsite
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and can work under pressure
  • Keen eyes to details


Education And Previous Experience


  • Bachelor’s / College degree is an advantage
  • More than 2 years of experience in handling risk-assessment and fraud prevention related tasks
  • Background in customer verification, risk analysis and fraud prevention in a sports-betting and gaming company is a massive plus!
