Job description

The Manila Client Management Team is responsible for maximizing profit while analyzing client data and providing recommendations to ensure active management of William Hill clients.

They use various liability systems to gain insight into customer behavior and highlight patterns.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactive in looking for issues that require investigation
  • Maximizing profit of assigned countries
  • Provides in-depth report on the problems encountered and what has been done to resolve it
  • Provides insight into customer behavior and highlight patterns
  • Handles first level escalations that entail immediate action
  • Monitors emails and ensures all cases are handled accordingly
  • Has initiative in providing sound recommendations that would help improve to maximize the profit of assigned countries


  • Bachelor’s/College Degree is a plus
  • Risk and Fraud experience is an advantage
  • Detail oriented, analytical and proactive
  • Computer literate, Advanced level in Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver on assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Resourceful and can work with various support groups
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in schedule shifting, tasking needs etc.
