Would you like to work with some of the best Developers, QAs, DevOps Engineers and Project Managers in Krakow?

About us

Working with us you’ll be at heart of the technological revolution of one the world’s most trusted betting and gaming companies. We deal with projects ranging from widgets, desktop or mobile casinos and betting sites… just to name a few. We process 500 online Sportsbook bets per second each Saturday, that’s the same as orders processed by Amazon UK, on its busiest day of the year. We deal with more than 20 million users and 160 terabytes of data daily. Impressed? You can be sure there are many more challenges waiting for you.

Your role in the team

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our security platforms and making sure we have the necessary security controls and mitigations in place to protect William Hill, and to identify and stop security incidents. You’ll be working with a varied tech stack which includes cutting edge security tools, both on-premise and in AWS, to build automated defences against cyber attacks or to give visibility of the state of security across the entire organisation.

The team will be split between Leeds and Krakow so you’ll need to collaborate remotely to deliver a great service. Your primary customers will be the other Infosec teams base in Europe and the US, but you’ll also work closely with colleagues in infrastructure and end-user computing to deliver strategic priorities and ensure we have the right security controls in place across the whole organisation. You’ll also build the automation for self-service security controls for all our product engineering teams, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement along the way.
