It's a great time to join us as a Senior Brand Manager on our internationally famous casino and sportsbook brand – Mr Green. We're looking for someone who loves brands, who will approach brand management with a strategic eye and a curious attitude - developing clear strategies to strengthen our brand ahead of the competition - who can build and execute strategies across customer touchpoints such as TV, Radio and digital..

Your role in the team

 

You will be the Mr Green brand champion internally and externally. You will work with lots of different teams to create and deliver brand strategies that drive brand growth and market share across key international markets.

 

You'll build a network of collaborative relationships across the business, keep a close eye on our brand roadmaps and deadlines, contribute to creative outputs, and always ensure we stick within brand guidelines. Awareness of competitor activity will inform your thinking and our brand decisions.

 

Although Mr Green is the main focus for this role, you will also get chance to work across our portfolio of brands.

You’ll be part of the newly formed global Brand Centre of Excellence and report into the Head of Brand. The global Brand Centre of Excellence is made up of 3 teams, Brand, Insight and Creative who work seamlessly together across the Global Brand portfolio and Corporate brand.

 

 

Skills needed

 

To thrive in this role, you will have previously held a brand position with experience in developing brand strategies and executing them. Experience from a customer focused brand or agency would be ideal.

You don't need experience from our industry, but a passion for sport and some knowledge of betting and or gaming is essential.

 

Great stakeholder management skills are essential. You must possess strong attention to detail, communications, time management and organisational skills. You'll be a team player with a positive, driven attitude and the ability to adapt and respond quickly to changes.
