Senior Digital Product Analyst

 

This role will be part of the Web Analytics Data Team, consisting of Web Analysts, Data Planners, Web Developers and Architects all working closely to achieve our goals. You will also work collaboratively with your main stakeholders and other business areas such as product, operations, business intelligence, data science, etc. in order to improve the website customer experience, retention and identify trends and user behaviours across William Hill's digital footprint.

 

 Your role in the team

 

You’ll support the analytics team in nurturing a data driven culture through supporting personalisation and target initiatives, building insightful dashboards using click stream and transactional data and creating hypothesis for testing opportunities. You’ll also strive to be an expert in the digital analytics tools and a Google Analytics evangelist, to advise stakeholders on what's technically possible  with measurement frameworks, tracking documents for developers to implement, testing and signoff and deep dive analysis.

We are looking for a person with minimum of 2 years’ experience in analytics to be based either in London, Leeds or sunny Gibraltar.

 

 What we’d like to see from you

 

  • At least 2 years' experience in digital analytics (ideally in retail, gaming or travel verticals, or from an agency background)
  • Google Analytics knowledge 
  • Previous SQL use and knowledge is desirable
  • Good use of visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Some knowledge of Optimisely or any CRO platforms such as, Google Optimize, Segment, Adobe Target, etc.
  • Knowledge and use of Tag Management systems
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
