We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior HR Assistant to join our dynamic GO2HR team in Leeds. Reporting to one of our People Team Leaders, you’ll play a key role in supporting and guiding a team of HR Assistants while ensuring the smooth delivery of high-volume HR processes across the business. What you will be doing –
- Perform day-to-day management of HR Assistants to ensure they deliver HR transactional services against KPI’s and SLAs
- Execute HR transactional processes in William Hill’s systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, such as managing system notifications, approvals and alerts, as well as performing non-system related administration tasks, such as monthly travel card orders in accordance with the HR procedures and SLAs
- Provide excellent customer service to our people and help guide them through situations, providing the highest levels of resolution, support and customer satisfaction
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for allocated processes including Death in Service, DSARs, Complaints and Flexible Benefit Windows
- Work closely with other departments, such as Payroll, Systems, L&D and Recruitment, as well as Business Managers and our people, to ensure complete adherence to processes and collaborative working.
- Propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.
- Proactively support ad-hoc processes and projects as and when required.
- Lead and support others within the team and work collectively when needed

- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset, putting forward new ideas and challenging the norms to improve efficiency
- Have the ability to influence, engage and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Be proficient with IT and able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with HR systems experience desirable
- Have experience of working in a high volume, fast paced HR admin or HR service center environment
