Your role in the team


You will join us as a Senior Product Analyst based in London in a great location!


This role will be part of the web analytics data team, consisting of web analysts, data planners, web developers and architects all working closely to achieve our goals. You will also work collaboratively with your main stakeholders and other business areas such as product, business intelligent, data science,  in order to improve the website customer experience, retention and identify trends and user behaviours across William Hill's digital footprint.


Your role is to support the analytics team in nurturing a data driven culture through supporting personalization and target initiatives, building insightful dashboards using click stream and transactional data and creating hypothesis for testing opportunities.


You will also strive to be an expert in the digital analytics tools, to advise stakeholders on what's technically possible. Technically, you will be required to use the GA360 stack (GA360, Big Query, Data Studio) and Optimizely, so experience with these tools are essential, plus knowledge on SQL and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI. Snowflake, Tealium tag management, would be beneficial. If you are a Sport and Gaming fan, enjoy diving into data, are proactive and have an eye for detail, this is the job for you! We are looking for a person with minimum of 4 years’ experience in analytics to be based either in London. Experience in the gaming industry would be a plus but not essentially necessary.


Skills needed


At least 4 years of experience in digital analytics (ideally in retail, gaming or travel verticals, or from an agency background) Google Analytics knowledge (GA360, Big Query and Data Studio) and SQL is a must. Having used visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is also needed Proficiency in excel Having an eye for detail Have worked with Optimization tools before to measure tests (Optimzely, Qubit, Google Optimise, Adobe Target) Proactive Excellent communication skills Self-sufficient Good team player Previous experience with Snowflake is beneficial
