We are looking for an experienced, Leeds based, Senior Product Manager This role will be directly reporting to the Sportsbook Commercial and Product Director and will be a critical position within the organisation to successfully deliver multiple high value projects across all of our brands.
The successful candidate will be working very closely with various departments but predominantly acting as the bridge between multiple development teams across multiple geographical locations.
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with Sponsors and Stakeholders
- Exploring new products/features, working with Commercial, Architects, Product Owners and Trading teams to ensure effective prioritisation
- Compiling Business Cases for all new products
- Working with multiple Product Owners to ensure smooth transition of projects.
- Working with other departments/3rd parties to ensure business projects are aligned to business strategy.
- Roadmap management alongside Product Director
Who we are looking for:
- 'Product First' mentality with strong decision-making skills.
- Good Knowledge of the betting and gaming industry
- Good communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management
- Technical understanding with the ability to mentor junior members of the team
- Strong problem solver using data to validate critical decision making with good attention to detail.
