Do you possess a strong dedication to supporting frontline employees in identifying customers who may be vulnerable to gambling-related harm and assisting them in conducting effective interactions to mitigate the risk of harm. Then we want to hear from you! We need a Senior Safer Gambling Learning evangelist to craft and implement top-tier training programs across all our brands and markets. Your mission- equip our staff with the skills to spot and tackle gambling-related harm while promoting responsible gambling. You'll collaborate with external providers and internal teams to ensure our training sets the gold standard.
What you will be doing:
• Define organizational training needs, aligning with regulatory standards.
• Design comprehensive training programs, leveraging third-party support as necessary.
• Create engaging training materials in various formats.
• Integrate Safer Gambling training seamlessly into existing development frameworks.
• Establish performance metrics to gauge training effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training impact.
What we are looking for:
• Expert in recognising and addressing gambling-related harm risks, training front-line staff, and designing comprehensive safer gambling programs.
• Deep understanding of UK regulatory requirements and training standards
• Hold relevant degree or equivalent experience, skilled in data-driven risk profiling, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly organised with project management abilities and willingness to travel regularly for training delivery and evaluation.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and certification in training and development preferred.
• Industry experience is essential.
