Position Mission: 


The Manila Sports Admin team supports the Leeds and Gibraltar based trading and data teams. 

The department is tasked with assisting our other locations to ensure our sportsbook offering is optimal. The Sports Admin representative will work on variety of sports and processes, encoding data, maintaining the clearing of events from back office systems and using our suite of in house interfaces to drive website content.

They are also expected to support coaching or less experienced colleagues on an adhoc basis, be able to help identify knowledge gaps and drive performance in line with the department SLAs.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inputting market data into various back office system
  • Use various websites to encode incidents into internal interfaces
  • Collaborate with the other department teams to ensure shared tasks are always handled
  • Comparing competitor website
  • Monitoring the William Hill website to ensure markets are up to date
  • Work on a variety of sports simultaneously
  • Query resolutions are required

Requirements and other qualifications:

  • Suits a sports fanatic that follows a variety of Sports
  • College degree is preferred
  • 2 years industry experience in a relevant position
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly excel
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
  • Flexible to shifting schedule
