A bit about you…

  • You’ll have already honed your skills as a top-notch digital recruiter, in a digital native environment
  • A keen interest in the tech industry, and savvy enough to “talk shop” with digital talent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously

…And what you’ll do

  • You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of  direct sourcing, networking and your local tech knowledge
  • You’ll guide candidates through the full recruiting process and give them an exciting experience, preparing them for life at William Hill
  • You’ll know exactly where to hunt out the top tech talent, using social media but also going one better and organizing meet ups and tech talks

There’s great scope for this role to grow as we do so we want to see your ambition too as there’s potential for you to take ownership of the overall employee experience and give a damn about everyone here in New Jersey. We want to hold on to our start-up culture and it’ll be on you to help make that happen, as our employer brand and EVP champion – you’ll have some experience of rolling out these initiatives as well. You’ll work closely with our global teams who’ll support you on our employer brand journey too.
