This role reports into the Head of Supplier Management which operates within the Evoke Procurement function, which is responsible for the management of all third party spend across the Evoke group. We're looking for a Gaming Content Supplier Manager to provide strategic and delivery capability around how we generate value with and from our third party partners.
This role will be accountable for managing relationships with gaming content suppliers across all evoke platforms, brands and platforms to ensure best practice delivery of commercial, contractual, risk & relationship requirements.
Based in Gibraltar or the UK, the successful candidate will work closely with various evoke stakeholders in gaming content, commercial and procurement, will be responsible for supplier performance and continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong and productive supplier relationships
- Acting as conduit and single point of contact for identified suppliers and internal key commercial stakeholders
- Tracking supplier performance against contractual KPIs & SLAs within a structured framework
- Anticipate, identify and resolve supplier performance issues in conjunction with business stakeholders Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement, grow supplier value delivery and the supplier experience of evoke
- Supporting supplier lifecycle and potential risk & compliance activities as required

- Excellent experience of Supplier Management delivery and best practice, across a global and disparate supply base with a good understanding of supplier performance metrics, contracting terms and procurement process
- Experience working at pace and in conditions of ambiguity, you'll have excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with clear and concise communications skills
- Data driven and pragmatic decision making with experience of supplier performance tools
- Project Management skills/experience and/or Procurement structured training beneficial.
