Job description

The Technical Support Specialist for William Hill US is responsible for researching problems, troubleshooting and developing workarounds and/or solutions to resolve incidents quickly, minimizing impact to customers other duties include:  

  • System analysis
  • Monitoring performance and fixing problems as they arise
  • Assisting Customer Support department, taking ownership of software escalations and keeping the customer informed of progress and resolution.


  • Advanced computer skills. 
  • 1-year entry-level tech work experience. 
  • Working knowledge of Linux based operating systems (MySQL, Redis, PHP, and Apache) if helpful.
  • MIS or CS education (taking courses) is helpful.
  • Knowledge of race and sports industry is preferred.
  • Possess effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ensures ambitious standards, shows initiative, productivity, and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly.
  • Has the drive and enthusiasm for personal development.
