This will be a challenging and exciting role, perfect for someone meticulous with experience in Gaming and/ or Sports, with an understanding of bonus and offer mechanics, looking to take on a new challenge in a fast paced and growing organization.
What you will be doing:
- Make sure all our customer propositions work correctly, with no broken journeys, across our UK and Ireland websites
- Ensure your tasks are completed correctly. Have Operational Excellence at the heart of everything you do
- Become a subject matter expert in testing all Sportsbook and Gaming related campaigns to ensure high standards and the best possible customer experience
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with the multiple stakeholders of the team: Commercial, Content, Product & Technology teams
- Optimize existing flows and internal processes and ensure operational readiness for key campaigns, across Sports and Gaming
- Ensure on-site content is always consistently in-line with the overall Gaming/ Sports strategy and that the content on site is optimized to support revenue generating efforts
Who we are looking for:
- Very high attention to details
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a proven ability to build collaborative and meaningful relationships
- Exceptional English language skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills
- Professional and dynamic approach to work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have excellent Gaming/Sports betting knowledge
- Can work on your own initiative, with strong decision-making skills
- Minimum 1 year in Online Gaming experience (preferred)
- Experience in working with co-located teams (preferred)
