We have a new opportunity in our Trading Team as a Customer Services Operator  - main duties to include watching sport all week, and of course, earning money for doing just that.


We offer shifts of 16 -37.5 hours a week over days, evenings and weekends.


Your role

Our Trading Customer Service team offer dedicated and organised support to our Traders, Retail shops and online platforms.  We analyse and input huge amounts of data relating to all types of sporting events (and the other weird and wonderful things people bet on) so it’s vital that we work quickly and accurately to give customers our full range of betting opportunities and offers.

There’s more to this than just data processing though – you’ll get to know your colleagues in teams across the UK, Gibraltar and Manila. We’re a truly international business, and this role is a great starting point for dedicated, professional people who want to build a career in our company.


Skills needed:


  • It’d be great if you’re a sports fan (we’ll check this during our process…) and ideally, you’ll have some prior knowledge of the betting industry. If you are a punter or have the occasional flutter, that’s fine by us.
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills, and the ability to make decisions based on data analysis
  • Good IT skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner
  • The aptitude to learn, follow processes, and understand the implications of incorrect data use
