If you're looking for the next step in your online marketing career and would like to focus on the growing area of Affiliates Marketing, this could be the role for you. You'll join a small but diverse and very busy team in a global betting and gaming company. You'll play a key role in managing the Affiliate portfolio, whilst growing and optimising customer acquisition in the UK.

Your role in the team

 

You'll be responsible for management, optimization and delivery of a significant proportion of the UK & IRE Affiliate portfolio. This will involve  recruitment and development of new affiliates into the William Hill and Mr Green affiliate programmes. You'll take ownership of defining and implementing the UK & IRE Affiliate strategy across both the William Hill and Mr Green brands, creating and negotiating strategic partnerships to deliver revenue growth and ROI.

 

You'll develop strategy briefs and online campaign marketing activities for existing and new affiliates, plus communication strategies. You'll monitor ROI, overall performance of your portfolio against business critical KPIs using a data driven approach.

 

You'll have relationships with teams across William Hill, and will ensure all your stakeholders' creative content is maintained, relevant and refreshed to stand out against our competitors.

 

We get together in the office on Thursdays, but otherwise, you can spend your time working from home.

 

Skills and experience

 

We're looking for great account management skills, ideally including some exposure to Affiliate Marketing. An interest in sports, betting and gaming is advantageous. An understanding of the workings and metrics of performance channels (CPM, CPC, CPI, ROI, CPA) will be useful too.

 

You'll need to bring us excellent written and oral communications skills, and you'll need to operate in a high pressure environment. You'll have the ability to work well within a team but also thrive with individual responsibilities

We'd like to see evidence of your negotiation & analytical skills, plus excellent excel skills and report building.  Ideally you'll be target orientated and results driven. You enjoy problem solving and finding solutions, and you can multi-task whilst paying attention to detail.
