As a Unified Communication’s Engineer, working as part of our Global team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our current telephony infrastructure as well as being pivotal in the delivery of a number of high profile projects.

Your role in the team
You’ll be providing 2nd and 3rd line level engineering support for our Enterprise Telephony, Cisco CUCM, Cisco UCCX, Cisco CUPs, Cisco UAC, Jabber UC, Avaya, Asterisk technologies and infrastructure systems.

You’ll maximise service availability ensuring all incidents are managed and as well has working closely with other departments across our global IT team to drive project deliverables assigned to the Unified Communications department.

As a VoIP specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to fully utilise your in-depth knowledge to look at a consolidation of existing platforms as well as introducing new technologies and services to enhance communication across the whole of our business.

Skills needed
You’ll have a strong technical background with experience of working in a delivery environment.  In addition to this you will also have the communication skills to interact with various departments and a number of our key business stakeholders.

You’ll have knowledge of ITIL best practises, possess a full understanding of the networking and telecommunications technology stack as well as having experience or defining, documenting and implementing Configuration Management processes.
