The Manila Shared Service Center (SSC) provides services to our offices all over the world including Gibraltar, Malta, Ireland, and the UK. The main support services we provide are Accounts Payable management, Treasury and Taxes.

 

The Tax COE is a sub-team under SSC services, we handle the Tax compliance for Manila (Direct and Indirect Taxes) and for the Group (Indirect Taxes). We are also in-charge of the monthly closing of books, cost and budget monitoring and annual preparation of Financial Statements and audit for the Manila entity (WHG Customer Services Philippines, Inc.).

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Corporate Tax - Transfer Pricing (‘TP’);
  • Corporate Tax Risk and Assurance activities; and
  • Business Tax support.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • 5 years’ experience working in the field of accounting, finance, or audit.
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • CPA qualified or any finance related certification is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Tax qualification is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Highly accurate and detail orientated in processes undertaken and work produced
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Preparation of Tax
  • Exposure to international working environments
  • Knowledgeable in using finance systems
  • Proficient in MS Office application (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
