Ready to take your marketing leadership to the next level? evoke is seeking an ambitious Head of Marketing to lead acquisition efforts across key markets for Mr Green and 888 brands. As the Head of Marketing, you’ll own the daily marketing performance, manage a talented team of Marketing/Country Managers and Performance Specialists, and oversee the marketing budget for multiple markets. You will drive growth, strategise marketing initiatives, and collaborate across the organisation to elevate our marketing game.

This role is a critical part of our commercial team, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director. With proven marketing experience under your belt, you might be a Country Manager in the Nordic/DACH region looking for your next challenge, or already thriving in a similar leadership position.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports, to bring leadership, inspiration and structure
  • Present monthly Market and media plans and ongoing initiatives to the managing director and occasionally executive suite.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to drive results in shared efforts. We are a global organisation with BI, CRM, Brand and Media Buying as your main points of contact.
  • Bring a solid understanding of the Danish and Swedish igaming industry which you can implement into successful marketing and commercial strategies for our Nordic brands
  • You will be the expert - understanding the game of attribution and brand awareness - ready to challenge and drive us forward


Who we are looking for:

  • Have proven experience in Brand/Digital Marketing, preferably in the igaming industry, with project management and coordination skills
  • Have experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics as well as a deep understanding of main KPI's in online acquisition and how they interact
  • Be a team player and have ability to work across multiple teams in a matric organisation and manager project deliveries within tight deadlines
  • Scandinavian speaking is preferred but not essential
