Job description

The People Analytics team drives business value by leveraging workforce data for strategic decisions. This entry-level role is ideal for those passionate about data, problem-solving, and impact. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, analyze data to tackle business challenges, and grow through our People Analytics learning platform.

What you will be doing:

  • Integrate & analyze HR data from global systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with global HR teams, providing insights to improve data integrity.
  • Run reports & dashboards to track key HR metrics and inform stakeholders.
  • Present insights effectively, using storytelling, visualization, and clear communication.

Who we are looking for:

  • Data-savvy – Comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Excel & PowerPoint pro – Experience with XLOOKUPS, COUNTIFS, Pivots is essential.
  • Strong communicator – Able to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
  • Proactive & organized – Skilled in prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing expectations.
  • Eager to learn – Experience with HRIS, Power BI, or Python is a plus, but we offer training!
