Your role in the team and main responsibilities

Management Reporting and Analysis – c.50%
  • Consolidate financial and non-financial data across the UK&I business used for management and commercial reporting.  
  • Responsible for producing weekly commercial trading reports and monthly management accounts presentations. 
  • Responsible for monthly OKR reporting used by senior stakeholders.  
  • Assist in statutory reporting obligations.
  • Review of regulatory reporting returns. 
  • Ensure consistency across brands, accuracy of data, insightful and value add commentary while delivered to agreed timescales.
  • Develop and improve the standard of internal reporting.  
  • Develop relationships and business partnering across the commercial finance and senior executive team.
Competitor Benchmarking and Market Share Reporting c.30%
  • Produce accurate and insightful competitor benchmarking reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver regular market share reporting and analysis from a range of different sources.
  • Consolidate and maintain competitor and market share data in a PowerBI dashboard shared with stakeholders across the business.
Planning and Forecasting – c.20% 
  • Be responsible for producing regular forecast submissions to the Group FP&A team.
Skills needed
  • A highly numerate individual with advanced experience of Microsoft Excel and working with large volumes of data.
  • Some experience working with Power BI and SQL desirable but not necessary. 
  • A desire for continuous improvement around data quality and insightful analysis to ensure real value-add to the business.
  • Self-starter who shows initiative and understands the overall objective of the piece of work being delivered.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Strong work ethic and a mind set of “going one better”.

    Your background:

  • Qualified by experience Accountant (CPA, CMA, CFA etc.) with a minimum of 3 year's experience in a Finance function.
  • An understanding of the commercial drivers of the Online Gaming industry is desirable through experience of working in the Online Gaming sector or equivalent Online industry.
  • Graduate of any business-related course, Accounting or business course.
  • Speaks English proficiently and able to communicate confidently with senior executives.
