We have a unique and pivotal opportunity for a Senior Intelligent Automation and AI Solution Architect role to provide technology leadership by identifying and recommending suitable Intelligent Automation and AI technologies for onboarding and implementation.

The role reports directly to the Director of Intelligent Automation and AI Business Transformation and serves as a key technical interface within the IA&AI Business Transformation.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for analysing and translating use cases into technical requirements, assessing technical aspects of Intelligent Automation & AI solutions, and collaborating with development teams for optimal solutions. The architect will validate and ensure accessibility of chosen technologies, deliver cost-effective solution designs, and maintain consistency between business, information, and technology architectures. Additionally, you will engage with business functions to enhance their competitive position through tailored solutions.

In this role you will interface with management teams across all levels, subject matter experts, technical experts, and IT functions to develop, maintain, and deploy Intelligent Automation and AI solutions and architectures. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with IT functions for the integration, operation, and lifecycle management of these solutions. Furthermore, you will engage with various relevant functions to ensure that the Intelligent Automation and AI solutions comply with Security, Architecture, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.

You will provide technology leadership in IA and AI, driving knowledge sharing initiatives to promote adoption of the latest technologies. You will evaluate and select the optimal technologies for our organisation, based on your industry knowledge and the market trends. You’ll focus on developing solution architecture to meet business requirement and ensure the timely and quality deliver of the solution architectures.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, OR equivalent with a focus on Intelligent Automation and AI architecture development.
  • Extensive industry experience delivering complex solutions in AI/ML, Low Code applications, RPA, Advanced Analytics, Conversational AI, etc.
  • Progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership with strong business acumen.
  • Advanced knowledge in Automation & AI technologies, including RPA, Conversational AI, Blockchain, Attended Automation, and Low code.
  • Experience in solutions design, enterprise architecture, and modelling business processes using various tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of technology strategy, operations transformation, digital collaboration, and product life cycle management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into Automation & AI strategies and manage automation solutions across different environments.
