Job description

As a Senior MI Developer, you will lead the development of insightful dashboards and alerts, allowing key stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding business performance and strategy. Your primary goal will be to lead by example, setting the standard for dashboard development. You will assist in developing technical skills of junior team members and agreeing their priorities according to the business need. 

 

What you will be doing: 

 

  • Dashboard Development: Design and build comprehensive dashboards to provide actionable insights for various business functions. 

  • Model Externalization: Develop and deploy models to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. 

  • Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data from multiple sources into the dashboard and modeling framework. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and models to ensure they meet business requirements. 

  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation and provide training to end-users to maximize the utility of dashboards and models. 

  • Coaching: Set an example to junior team members, suggesting solutions and best practices. 

 

Who we are looking for: 

  •  

    • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in data visualization, dashboard development, and model deployment. PowerBI, SQL Server and Snowflake experience is essential. Some experience with PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Tableau, Qlikview and Business Objects would be desirable. 

    • Educational Background: Strong foundation in statistics, or a related field through coursework, training, or practical experience. 

    • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gambling industry, marketing principles and strategies to align data insights with business goals. 

    • Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. 

    • Communication: Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
