We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to drive compliance in Spain and other markets, advising on risks, managing relationships with regulators, and ensuring we meet legal obligations at every turn.
In this role, you'll take charge of compliance across Spain and beyond, ensuring operations meet regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with teams, advise on regulatory risks, and lead audits—all while fostering strong relationships with regulatory bodies. What you will be doing:
- Advise on an on-going basis of the impact of regulations and required actions
- Project-lead, as required, and manage regulatory audits/compliance reviews; assist in developing and maintaining audit checklists to be used to audit/review operations in relation to regulatory compliance
- Establish control systems and workflows for the Compliance Team, while ensuring highest standards of operational regulatory compliance are achieved and maintained across the locations
- Manage and mentor a team of regulatory compliance managers/executives, while educating on topics related to regulatory compliance
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious activities and build relevant fraud cases in
- Support in establishing best practices in relation to Compliance, Responsible Gambling, AML
- Represent the Compliance department, as required on projects providing regulatory advice and guidance in the development of initiatives to incorporate and embed an appropriate Conduct Risk culture and controls within a commercial operating framework;
- Lead the provision of commercially aware and timely compliance advice to both the business and to projects
Who we are looking for:

- Have experience in handling various regulated markets/jurisdictions
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluent Spanish and English
- Desirably have a Degree in Law or related subject
