What you will be doing
- You will use insightful tools to understand VIP member behaviours, preferences, and trends to guide strategic actions
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for VIP members, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Use a data-driven approach to maintain and enhance relationships with VIP customers, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
- Coordinate daily tasks and projects within the VIP department, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies and goals
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement VIP promotional offers, informed by market analysis and customer insights
- Provide regular reports to VIP senior stakeholders, offering insights into portfolio performance, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market strategies, leveraging this knowledge to recommend innovative approaches to VIP engagement and retention
