What you will be doing

  • You will use insightful tools to understand VIP member behaviours, preferences, and trends to guide strategic actions
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for VIP members, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Use a data-driven approach to maintain and enhance relationships with VIP customers, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
  • Coordinate daily tasks and projects within the VIP department, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies and goals
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement VIP promotional offers, informed by market analysis and customer insights
  • Provide regular reports to VIP senior stakeholders, offering insights into portfolio performance, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market strategies, leveraging this knowledge to recommend innovative approaches to VIP engagement and retention

Who we are looking for

  • Can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective completion
